⚠️ Important 2026 update : entry visa fees raised, free visa on arrival ended

Under Ministerial Resolution No. 2249 of 2025, Kuwait raised entry visa fees from a flat KWD 1-3 to KWD 10 per month of validity, and extended the maximum visit visa stay from 1 month to 3 months. Free visa on arrival no longer exists : all visitor and eVisa entries now carry the new per-month fee.
