Introduction

Peru is one of South America's most visited countries. Main airports: Jorge Chávez International (LIM) in Lima, Alejandro Velasco Astete (CUZ) in Cusco. Immigration is managed by the Superintendencia Nacional de Migraciones. Most tourists arrive visa-free and can stay up to 90 or 183 days depending on nationality.

Visa-Free Entry

Citizens of most Western countries, LATAM nations, and many Asian countries enter visa-free. US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Chile, Argentina, Brazil and most other South American nationals do not need a visa. Peru eVisa

For nationalities that require a visa, Peru offers an eVisa at visaelectronica.rree.gob.pe. The eVisa costs USD 30 and takes 3–10 business days to process. It allows a single entry for tourism or business.
